Paris would be a pretty girly name for a boy I think, unless you are talking spoiled hollywood kids. Hollywood icons name their kids ugly thing, horrible things that normal kids would get beaten over. Like....Venus or Apple or Cherry or on the other side.. Helga.
How about something mystical like Chai or Tao? Torae/Tori is a unisex name. So is Tony....

Pat - - - Mel - - - Chris -- -- Charly -- -- Jo -- -- Jerry/ Gerry -- -- Delaware -- -- Dakota (whcih I have always preffered as a masculine name) -- -- actually any name can be unisex it is people who sexualize names.... Names such as Evelyn began as Men's names during the English 1600's... And here is a whopper for you, tough guy actor James Cagney's wife was named 'Bill,' you can imagine heads turning when James would start talking about his lovely Bill back home.
Peace.......
