Depending on how long you have been friends, she probably knows that you are upset with her, so she's saying, o.k., I'll give you some time and I hope everything works out for the best. My best advice to you is to talk about it with her. Good friends are hard to come by and you need to be honest with her, besides if you don't tell her you are upset, then she probably doesn't know that what she is doing is upsetting you. Talking it out will make both of you feel better.

Without seeing the entire context of the email it is difficult to interpret what your friend was trying to say. But, good communication and trust are fundamental to every relationship. So, instead of trying to figure out what she means and working through innuendos, go to her and have a conversation with her about your concerns.
