No, your contact lens cannot go behind your eye. There is no way to totally lose it in your eye as there is a protective barrier between the front and rear of your eye.

Do not add a second lens! If the first one is still in your eye, you will just complicate things. First, is there anyone who can look in your eye for you to see if they can see the lens? If no one is around, lubricate your eye with saline or eye wetting solution, then pull your eye lid away from your eye and rotate your eye to see if you can find and remove the lens. The added lubrication will make it easier to remove.

From the Acuvue website:
It feels like my lens is "lost" in my eye. What should I do?
The lens cannot get lost behind your eye, so relax. The lens should work itself around to where you can see it by itself. Then, after washing your hands with soap and water, remove the lens. If the lens does not work itself around, try putting some rewetting drops or a few drops of saline solution into your eye and look way up, down and side to side to attempt to move the lens. You can also close your eyes and GENTLY move your finger over your lids around the socket of the eye to reposition the lens where you can see it. This may help the lens work to where you can see it. If the lens does not work itself around within 10 minutes, or you are experiencing extreme discomfort, call your Eye Care Professional.

no longer in case you save them suitable moisturized. I save my rewetting drops in my pocket even as i flow to leisure parks only in case they get a touch dry. the in reality coaster I particularly have ever been on the position I felt the sting of my contact starting up to flutter became Millennium stress at Cedar aspect. It reaches ninety 3 mph and would not decelerate for something. I closed my eye for a pair seconds and it became effective for something of the journey.
