???

The one that you are most interested in or passionate about is the best.

If you don't have to declare a major, then don't until you're sure.

Are you taking only one course?

You should take a few courses, in a variety of fields.

But what puzzles me is, how can we possibly know which you most want? We don't even know you.

I'd prefer astronomy, because I'm a bit of a space cadet. I've always been fascinated by the great beyond.

Psychology is interesting, but it can be quickly devastating. You learn about how terrible abuse effects people, for me the elective was enough. I know some psychology grads with PhDs who love their jobs though.

I have very little interest in environmental science, but there are jobs in it.

Apply with whichever one you think gives you the best chance of getting in. Then, take a few electives in the other two. You can always change your major later.

Remember to follow your heart, not the money or the advice of others. No one knows where the money will be in four years, and if you're good at something, you'll be sought after.

A huge thing that's really going to take over everything is technology (computer science mainly). That could make a lot of money in your work life.

It just depends on your talents and intelligence in each course.
