A penis is a versatile organ. In physical terms it matures about the age of 21. But it also has the capacity to shrink and or expand depending on use, at least till age 45.

During the sexual development (puberty) the penis is the first organ to start & stop the growth. Average times are: 13-14 y/o for starting and 16-17 y/o for stopping!

A person can start at age 7 now! it's amazing! But for that to happen the child has to feel large stress:(
A male can normaly stops at age 23 or rarely it can grow until 37!

i think it starts at around 13, (it did for me) and by the time i was 15 it reached its size it is now im 18, so that's just me, but i think it can grow tell your about 18 and some lucky guys 21, but its all about when you hit puberty
