Negative. Some fruit, carbohydrate and protein is best. Say an apple, some cornflakes and a slice of chicken breast. The latter lasts well and you will arrive at a modest lunch still feeling reasonably energetic. I used to be ravenous and gobble down a lot of rubbish. Then I suffered from low blood sugar mid afternoon and had a chocolate bar or cake. I don't need it now. And boy was I forgetful!

well ifyoudont remember whether you ate or not you might over indulge and you may be getting that older timer thing first i thought i was being funny by amswering like this and then i read everyone elses answer and i think they all didnt get the quwstion which i thought meant does it make you have less thinking power if you ate or didnt not do you remmeber if you ate
