A normal man can survive about a month without food but only about seven days without water.

However, Bobby Sands the IRA prisoner and British member of Parliament, died after 66 days without food after he went on hunger strike.

There is a guy in the US that went about 120 days without food after he went on hunger strike in jail, but like other hunger strikers, their water could have been laced with sugars and minerals to keep them alive for political reasons.

Depends on whether you have water or not. Generally, if you have no water and no food, you'll die in a matter of days.
