I am a very lazy person. I think it is just inherited from my dad. Hahaha

Anyway, look into Yerba Mate. It is a tea that my brother in law told me about. He gets it from Argentina. You can buy it here in the US, just google it or something. Anyway I have been drinking it 3 times a day.

The difference is amazing, I used to go to bed at like 2 in the morning and sleep til 10-12. I never got anything accomplished. But now I am up at 6:30 - 7:30 and you should see my house!... It is spotless. It keeps me going all day. It's not a nervous feeling like caffeine or energy drinks. I feel very calm, just can't sit around, have to do something.

Warning though, don't drink after 2:00 in the afternoon, you'll be up all night. : )

Pick a small task everyday and do it, then slowly add two to three small tasks, until you are doing at least a half a days work. Then just slowly build up to what you want and need to accomplish for each day. I know it is not always that easy so chose and plan carefully. Good luck and before long you will be moving right along at a good speed and laziness will be something you have forgotten about.

I don't know - I was wondering that myself... I guess you just get fed up some day and you actually will do one of the things you've been wanting to do. Sometimes when something good happens to you, like money or love - it can motivate you and then you take a step towards not being so lazy.

Find someone with similar interests as yourself with a bit more motivation. Team up with them if they don't mind having you along. As long as you're a benefit to what their doing, they won't mind.
