It's a fair speed, depending on what you pay for, i.e I pay for an up to 8 megabit connection, and I get between 700-1500 kbits/s Yours is fast enough for most activities an average person would do.

Pretty poor. Mine is 2100kbps, just under the UK average. Upgrade your connection.

if your on dialup then thats good but if your on broadband then depending on what your paying and your area then its bad
