If you do, I'd really like your help. I'm trying to find some space for rent so I can open up my own store. I don't have very much money to start off, though, and the only thing I could find so far was the Save-A-Lot in Hernando, and from what I heard, it's around 12,250 per month. I definitely don't have that much. When I lived in Arkansas, I leased a store for 400 per month, which was great. So now I'm looking to lease for around 400-500. If you know anything, I'd really appreciate it.

I am from Gulfport, so I am not familiar with your area. However, your best bet is to check the commercial MLS or with a commercial R.E. agent. Let them know what mothly payments you can afford and they will most likely find something that you are looking for.
