Yesterday me and my boyfriend were at my backyard taking a tan, with nothing but a thong on, when I notice a little boy staring at us from the other side of the fence. His head was poking out and everthing! So I quietly told my boyfriend, (the boy still unware) and he took out his RAZR and took a picture of the boy and made a 10 second video, witht the boy still unware we were taping him. He stood there for about 2 minutes, and then when he made eye contact with us he crawled back down and left.
I want to call the cops, but he's not even over age, and he's only 12 years old. We know that our neighborhood hates us because we're homosexual, so nobody is going to take our side. But I felt so used... So dirty... I wanted to cry, it was horrible, that young boy watching us made me sick....
Even though, everyone (neighborhood) will be against us, should I tell the parents who alreday ahte me, or should I just call the cops. Even though I got evidence will the neighborhood believe us?

don't call the cops, he's only 12. maybe he was just curious cuz he heard his parents talking about you guys and wanted to see what was up. if he dose it agian tell him your going to call the cops but don't do it really a little scare might be all he needs

Not only should you feel dirty, but you are disgusting.
If the kid is on his side of the fence you can do nothing to him. Build a bigger fence or else if you are going to exchange tube steaks at least have the decency to do it inside the house, so that no one can see you as the fairy that you are..

yrs. ago my husband and I went to the entrance of a 24 hr. open convenience store and the place was dark and the door locked--so in the meantime my husband starts kissing me and all a once the lights came on and the male clerk opened the door and was clapping his hands --he had been watching us on the outside video camera and said--"Thanks for the show" this actually made me so mad --but now yrs. later it's just funny--do wh. ur gut tells u to do --Be You---to thine own self be true --Peace

Yea, call the cops and let them explain decorum. Apparently you like to stick it to your neighbors that you are homosexual and reveal it their disgust.
As for the kid you don't have a case, your in open view.

If he was outside your backyard, there is no law to stop him from looking into your backyard, and "peeping tom" isn't a term I would use!
Either build a larger fence or wear your thong inside!
