i've had this problem last week and it was spydawn
i never had spybot put on my computer, and other people told me to download spybot (thank you guys) so i did and they said to download windows defender so i did and i got both of them to scan my computer and it took it off. maybe your spybot is out of date so that could be why it dose not work. because the spyware that was on my computer was spydawn. and norton is not the best software. So uninstall spybot and go to
http://www.basicspywaretips.com/spywareremovaltool.html
there is a list of spyware remove, then try and download spybot again. if this works click my answer the best answer

uninstall it. do not restart in safe mode, that will only give more access to hackers. you don't want that!
