Got spyware called spydawn norton wants to charge me for getting rid of it spybot does not even acknowledge it what it has done it has put an icon on my tool bar and tells me of multiple infections of spyware when you click on it it takes you to a website selling spydawn when you are on the internet it will change youre web page to this very same page how do i get rid of it and completey remove it from my system

1. turn off system restore
2. download AVG anti-spyware
3. update AVG
4. restart in safe-mode
5. scan and kill it

i've had this problem last week and it was spydawn
i never had spybot put on my computer, and other people told me to download spybot (thank you guys) so i did and they said to download windows defender so i did and i got both of them to scan my computer and it took it off. maybe your spybot is out of date so that could be why it dose not work. because the spyware that was on my computer was spydawn. and norton is not the best software. So uninstall spybot and go to

I recommend you download superantispyware. It will remove spydawn. It is very effective and it is free. Scan your pc in safe mode.

uninstall it. do not restart in safe mode, that will only give more access to hackers. you don't want that!
