No, not my concern. I do my laundry, and if other people are wearing their clothes inside out, then that's their thing, not mine.

OMG! I just want to scream when people do that. I mean, it would take them what five seconds? to put their clothes in the hamper correctly, but instead it takes me like 5 minutes to do it for everyone.

No. Wash them, and dry them, and sort everything into piles for each individual. Give everyone their own pile and make them fold it and put it away. It becomes their problem to turn it all right side out.
