They do, but they are the little portable ones with 5" screens that you can run off regular AC power, or cigarette lighter for 12 VDC. and also battery powered too if you just want to run it away from any power source.
They run anywhere from $40 to $50.

Yes, they make 9" and 13" screen black and white TV's, don't think they make them any bigger than that, though

Yes , I have one now . The screen is about
6 inches and its portable.I take it to work
with me .

yes, just bought one a few weeks ago, to go into a nursing home pts. room, it was like 49 dollars at PAMIDA, he was being transferrred into a home and had no family to speak of

i dunno but you can make your TV go black and white from your remote and hit the color or settings button and make it go to black and white
