burning raw fuel, bogging down, and just flooding.

Dirty needle and seat?
Faulty/stuck float?
Metering rods miss adjusted?
Fuel pressure too high?

This new gas tends to screw up gaskets too.

If it idles without flooding, then I'd lean towards metering rods.
If it dies at idle, then I'd lean toward needle and seat not closing.

It's a quirk of Holley carbs. They all will do it sometime during their life. Float stuck or the adjustment came loose is most likely cause. Most Holleys have a brass 'sight plug' on their side. Take it out. If fuel pours out, loosen adjuster on top and screw it down a hair. Start engine and adjust the big screw until fuel stops streaming out. Lock it down and try it out. It may still need a little more adjusting but this should help a little. If you are not sure, take it to a mechanic.

Holley is infamous for the floats getting stuck. Start with that first.
