Go to www.abebooks.com and click on "advanced search." Enter the title and publisher-- leave off the date. I found several with a Wainwright as editor from about that time period (1850) for $100 or so. A lot depends on exact condition and edition. Another good source is www.alibris.com

These are sites where you can see what others are asking for it. If you think it might be really valuable, then I'd consult someone with the antiquarian booksellers association.

With a book of that magnitude. Ask your local museum of historical/arts, they should have some knowledge of who to go to, they would be a great resource for you for they will have the best of the references. Do not only go to one person, get several opinions and check there infomation out that they give you. Research is the key here with the info you will be given.
