According to a dream dictionary( see source)
to see a vampire in your dream, symbolizes seduction and sensuality, as well as fear and death. The vampire represents contrasting images of civilized nobility and aggression/ferocity. It may depict someone in your waking life whose charm may ultimately prove harmful. Deep down inside you know that this person is bad for you, yet you are still drawn to it. Vampires also sometimes relate to decisions about sex and losing your virginity. Alternatively, to see a vampire suggests that you are feeling physically or emotionally drained. The vampire may also be symbolic for someone who is addicted to drugs or someone in an obsessive relationship.

To dream that you are a vampire, signifies that you are sucking in the life energy of others for your own selfish benefit.

No vampires aren't real unless you believe in the tooth fairy, Easter bunny and other such illusionary creature. Your dreams could be an intrepretation that brain is trying to make from real life to REM. So find a Dream Translation book, it could help. Maybe there is a major change in your life, that your making... human+bite= vampire big change there. look it up

Vampires are metaphors to warn ppl of dangerous good looking ppl who have the powers to manipulate.

Outwardly they are vain, smooth talkers, and captivating. This is why u can't see their reflection. Inwardly, they are empty, self seeking, and eternally without love. Steaks in hearts (heart is romance), garlic (makes mouth & skin smell), and Christ (true love) repent vampires. All very romantic, but its warning of dangerious romance; writers ways of complaigning before freedom of speech.
