Well, IF you were to make a sandwich - and I'm not saying you ARE gonna make one, but IF you WERE gonna make one - then you would NEED to use a bread that will hold together under all but the most extreme of pressures, like the bite you would take from that sandwich, IF you were actually making a sandwich.

Now which bread is that? Hmmm...

Well it all depends on the kind of sandwich you are making for me.
If it is a Rubin sandwich whole wheat bread, the same for a ham sandwich any other type of sandwich Holsom white bread will do the trick.

man that sunbeam bread is something else, but I try to stay away from the bleached flour you know? so maybe some whole grain would be nice. but not the kind with little nuts and twigs in it, I like smooth bread.

Right now - you would need to use a light whole grain bread. I'm dieting - and making sure I don't eat a bunch of refined carbs.
