well,I work in a spa and we charge $40 for a pedicure and $25 for a manicure. Maybe you could get her a gift certificate for a specific dollar amount and she can use it for what ever service she wants. (or merchandise)Good Luck-PS Your mom is a lucky woman -you seem really sweet!

Well in Los Angeles, California it's about $20 for both. It's $12 for a pedicure and $8 for a manicure. If you want Acrylics (fake nails) then it's more expensive. On average it's $18 for acrylics with free french tip and then an additional $12 for a pedicure.

I usually pay about $35 (with tip) for a pedicure (make sure that they have the heated massage chair!).
I think that it is around $25-$30 (with tip) for the manicure. I don't usually get these, I like the pedicures too much!
Most places offer gift cards. Just look in the yellow pages for nail places (some hair saloons offer manicures & pedicures as well) and call around for costs.
Good Luck!

some places do specials during the week- $25 for mani AND pedi together. otherwise, expect to pay anything from $10-$30 for a manicure and $20-$40 for a pedicure.

where i live it's around $50 for both. but, you could call some of your local nail salons and ask about the costs [the spa pedicures are the ones with the massage chairs, so you could ask about that cost if interested]. it's nice of you to do this as your mom's birthday gift. every girl needs a beauty day! :]
