She is older than me(3yrs) and sees me as a good friend but i love her what should do? tell her or I also take her as a good friend.

Unless you are under the age of eighteen, age does not matter. Tell her how you feel. You will regret not taking the chance later on.
She may only like you as a friend, but you will never know if it can become more, unless you ask.
