that episode is when she thinks that Jake has a new girlfriend so miley tries to make him jealous so she met this Guy named Willis and he said that he was a senior and when he asked her to go on a date with him,she saw Jake and she was embarrassed because Willis told her that he was 11 and three quarters and she felt stupid .the next day Jake was telling his friends some jokes but miley thought that Jake was telling them that she went out on a date with an ll-year-old.after that miley went up to Jake and asked him why he didn't tell then miley explained everything except trying to make him jealous and they got into a fight after miley said that he was trying to make her jealous and then Jake said that she was trying to make him jealous and then they started kissing.
