I was just think about how the WWE is lacking as far as diva storylines go.And usually they only give afew divas one good storyline per year.So who do you think will get a big storyline and about what?Details please,best answer gets the 10 points!

If you're looking for ones recent in WWE, this new fued between Melina and Ashely is pretty cool. The fact that they are using blogs to lash out at each other on wwe.com is great. I can't wait to see the match at wrestlemania.
Also if you're talking about the past fueds, I think the best one ever is the fued between Lita and Trish Stratus. Two of the best women's champions out there who fueded for years trying to take each other out and ruin each other in the business doing it diva style is the greatest rivaled storyline ever. Even when it had to do with personal issues like Lita marrying Kane to cover up the time she cheated with Matt Hardy and Trish came out in white while lingerie, or when Lita used Kane to get to Trish and Trish used Viscera to protect her which backfired and she ended up being injured...that was great.

The WWE is lacking in storylines for the Divas because in my opinion they have very few divas that can actually wrestle and mix it up in the ring. Those divas I speak of include: Mickie James, Jillian, Victoria, Candice Michelle and Maybe Ashley. The only reason They are pushing this stupid storyline of Ashley challenging Melina at WrestleMania for the Women's title And this is simply because "Melina is jealous that Ashley is getting more press from appearing in Playboy then she is for being Women's Champion". If you ask me Melina should not even be Champion because she technically wasn't a contender for the title.

mkay, obiviously WWE is starting a storyline with Ashley Massaro and Melina. You see since Melina doesn't like Ashley, basically any diva who posed for Playboy, she wants to destroy them. So, Ashley will go onto Wrestlemania 23 to become the new Women's Champion and she will win the belt by either Candice Michelle or Mickie James's help. Then, the storyline will go further with Candice and Melina. Those two will buck heads for the #1 contender's spot for the Women's Championship.

They have been lacking in diva storylines. The biggest things that happened with divas is what happened last week in the match with melina against mickie and this week when they all were out there in the ring (except maria). I think next week they will have a tag team match against the divas or maybe a diva battle royal or something, but they should have more diva matches really it would cause more drama and maybe bring more fans, and viewers.

lacking storylines, because of lack of real talent, Ashely will get the storyline due to playboy and championship... but the storylines were better because the women actually wrestled or not trying to get on the next issue of playboy (w/ the exception of sable whom probably was the beginning and the end of todays diva.) The current divas lack the personality as past divas(i.e. Sunny, Sable, Jacqueline, Tori(not torrie wilson), Chyna, Debra, Lita, Trish just to name a few)

Melina is having her chance at a story line, but now Ashley is getting a chance, coz she has been turning up on RAW, i think the next storyline will be mickie james trying to get the title back, after all she is one of the most talented divas!

Ashley and Melina have already been slated to be the main diva storyline for the year. With melina being the ultimate heel diva (with her knack for creating accidents in her title matches with mickie james). Vince will force feed us Melina and Ashley until he sees fit to end it, however with the in ring performance of the divas over the past few years, who really cares!

I think the major problem is, is that the WWE lacks strong females like Stephanie, Trish and Lita who were the focus of storylines in the past ten years.
Unfortunately, it looks like the WWE is pushing Ashley for a reason that is ONLY linked to her Playboy layout. Whoopdey do.
The WWE needs to focus on a strong woman who can actually wrestle, like Victoria, Mickie, Jillian or heck even Michelle who did well in the OVW, and even possibly Candice who is training and we can see improvement everytime she's out there.

the main reason is that because wwe is lacking divas who has talents like lita,trish,chyna,sable,jazz,,jacqueline,and those other divas who have hanged the face of the women's division. but perhaps ashley will soon be the next diva to change the face of women's wrestling only victoria and mickie james is left to keep the women's division alive...i was actually expecting that maybe torrie wilson caN be trained more and so does candice...cause they have been wrestling for many years.but time will pass by and wwe will find the right divas to continue the women's division going on and alive.....hope diva search is more than just finding sexy divas but more of athletic and talented at the same time sexy like trish.

Ashley just cause she's the latest it girl for WWE and playboy all the storylines written for the diva stink badly maybe with joint ppv's all year now we can get some decent diva matches and storylines
