i don't think a waterproof foundation exists. i wouldn't wear any make up at all if i were going to be swimming. afterwards, i'd maybe put on some shimmer bronzer or moisturizer. but, if you really want to, you could just put on a light coat of waterproof mascara and the bronzer afterwards.
