the ulnar styloid process of my right wrist has a hairline fracture on it. If you don't know what that is, you go straight down your pinky until you reach the bump thing on your wrist. well that thing can't receive any kind of surgery. i work out a lot, and most exercises i do require support from the wrists. i cannot continue to support with this wrist, as it is just too painful. i don't want to give up working out. is there anything i can do?
