Have you ever felt cramps even when you are not on your period. I always tend to feel some cramps near my pubic bone. it only lasts a little while but it is a bother. any advise

If it happens in the middle of your cycle, it means you're ovulating. Cramps mid-cycle that last a short time are common.

Its common before, during and after your periods, each within a week. It may just mean that you're ovulating.

But other times it may be as simple as a stomach cramp or indegestion.

Try getting those pads that stick to your stomach and heat up to help releave cramps. Or use an electrical heating blanket to help relax the cramped up muscles
