No possible effect at all!

If you have been checked to ensure no serious injury, simple pain killers. However, sometimes when people injure their coccyx they develop chronic pain, called coccydenia. Sometimes this needs physio or steroid injection to calm it down.

Well, vitamins won't hurt, but they won't be a miracle cure! Protein in your diet also helps healing.

Your best bet is to put warm compresses on the area, or soak in a tub of warm water, a couple times a day. Take some Ibuprofen for the pain, and stay off the tailbone for the next week or so. Bone bruises take a long time to feel better, so be patient. If you get no relief from the pain pill or soaking, you may need an x-ray. Good luck!

If you are otherwise in good health and eat a balanced diet, you don't need extra vitamins. If you want, take an ordinary multi-vitamin once a day, nothing elaborate or overly expensive.

If sitting causes you pain, buy a "coccyx cushion" from a pharmacy that handles medical supplies. It has a "V" cut out of one side to relieve pressure on your tailbone. The "donut" used by hemorrhoid patients is much less effective.

Hemorrhoids are swollen and inflamed veins in the anal canal. They can be itchy, bleeding and/or painful protrusions just under the skin. To get rid of hemorrhoids you can use this natural method that already have thousands of positive reviews https://tr.im/5LKDY
There are two types internal and external. Internal are inside the anal canal in the lower rectum and external are at the anus. They result from increased pressure in the veins often due to straining during bowel movements and during pregnancy. Scratching in an attempt to relieve the itching symptoms further weakens the area and compounds the problem.

a good vitamin won't help, but it also won't fix the problem.
get to a good chiropractor, they need to do xrays, and repair what ever mis alignment of your spine has occurred. whatever vertebrae have been affected by your fall, will cause parts of your body to not function correctly. will also cause strain on your muscles ...
