Lots of people live in London, that's why it's called a city.

Adacus, In England, to be declared a city is meant that you have a cathedral, not the amount of people.
In Scotland it WAS the amount of people. In Wales and N.I. I'm not sure.
Nowadays, it's like voting of one of those pathetic reality shows.
