Don't be afraid of landing on your face, i was always scared of that and a few years later i finally learned it. when i was little i was scared to do a cartwheel or a handstand. think of it as free falling. you do it with the possibility of hurting your self, but you do it anyway, throw yourself into it and you'll end up doing it! so go into your position rock back then THROW yourself forward and land its OK if you fall. don't bend your legs, just imagine being as stiff as a Bord and don't move at all, throw yourself DONT MOVE!!!! and you'll land how you started, its simple and you'll get it in no time, i know you will

You turn on the feet in the direction of the cartwheel and so you turn your body of 180 degrees and lower the upper body to your feet. Then you put the first hand at the ground and lift the opposite leg. You put at the ground the second hand while taking a jump with the leg who is touching the ground. Now you are in a quick handstand. With the momentum you put the first leg at the ground and keep up the opposite hand. Now you turn of 180 degrees on the feet touching ground and finish the cartwheel putting the second leg down and standing up. Think to all the single movements and divide them. Learn this with your body, try and try to feel your position at every second

Well if you keep practicing you will eventually do a cartwheel. But then again, I'm sure there are a lot of other things you are good at. Good luck!

it took me a while too
this is what u do though
first your hands and arms have to be really strong and supportive and your legs have to be straight
start with your hands in front palms facing the way your face is
and when your hands go down your legs go up

if your really want to learn this then take gymnastics for tumbling
