Lol Yeah I had The Same Problem,
You Push Left Analog Sitck in for L3 and Right Analog Stick in for R3 like buttons.

L3 is the left control stick being pushed down, R3 is the right control stick being pushed down

on the analog controller use the analog sticks and press down on them left for L3 and right for R3

R3... The right toggler (The thingy you usually use to make stuff move), press it and it should come down. That's R3. L3 is the same thing, only on th left.

The left toggle knob is L3, just click it down as if you were pressing a button. Same for R3.

R3 and L3 would be pushing into the joysticks, like you would any button.

I believe that R3 is clicking the right analog stick(pushing it in) and L3 is clicking the left analog stick.. hehe
