Maybe your period is coming a bit early, this can happen if you're stressed. It's always a good idea to talk to a doc just to be on the safe side though.

Heat helps a lot!

Your period can come early for many reasons, especially if you are young and just beginning (you wont be regular for a few years).

If you're 100% sure you are not pregnant, my bet is on the cramps. Cramps dont always come just for the period. I sometimes get pre-cramps a week or two before. If its at all possible for you to be pregnant, it could be pregnancy in general or a complication and you may want to get checked out.

It could be ovulation cramps, women cramp a lil before and after a period. Place a heat pack on your tummy. :o)

stress makes your cycle irregular.
have you been exercising your abs alot or changed anything else? maybe diet?
i also get cramps when i'm dehydrated.

sorry i can't help you more. how early would your period be it you started today? i was thinking this might be ovulation time for you. all of this would make sense.

Hi La Donna,
You could have fibroids.
There is also endometriosis.
Pls ask your Doctor to check.
Hope the mystery is solved.

Sounds like you're ovulating. Don't worry about it, it's quite usual.
