my anti virus protection is about to run out. I do not have a lot of spare change. Norton is not replying to my questions. should I buy a new package or go to NORTON AGAIN?

they work very well

Go with your first answer. Norton is rubbish. I have had trojans/viruses which hack the software, stop your live updates and turn off the windows firewall, which I had to manually turn on each time I turned my pc on.

If norton was that good it wouldn't have happened to 2 different machines. Download avg free or avast free editions and get yourself a decent spyware programme such as ad-aware. Check out the link below

Buy a new one Norton 360. Cheaper to buy at the symantec.com than UK site.£20 cheaper

I was with NORTON and wouldnt go back to them. Try AVG... its free and easy to install and so far I have had no trouble with it. Give it a go...you wont regret it x

This is easy, just Un-install Nortons and then Install AVG free home version with free Updates, I use it and have never had any problems and the BEST bit is it's all FREE. This will help you.
