What actress would fit the description of my Harry Potter fanfiction character?

-Long, dark hair [doesn't have to be black]
-Greyish-blue eyes
-Light skin, but doesn't have to be totally pale.
-Age to be around 25.

So does anyone know of any actresses who could possibly fit the description of my OC character?

WHen you described it, I instantly thought of Amy Lee.
