Out of ten, I would rate it a 1.5. Seriously, this deck just sucks. No theme, such cards like Red-Eyes, Dark Magician, and Wingweaver, you don't have something to reduce tributes like Red Eyes Black Chick, Skilled Dark Magician, and Kaiser Sea Horse. Too many 7 star monsters, and not enough 4- star monsters. I doubt you could even get one level 7 out before your opponent kills you! Remember to check Forbidden and Limited lists, as Premature Burial is limited to one. This deck is just too screwed. You simply must start over. Buy the structure decks, not the starter decks. Make sure most of your cards have the same type, such as Spellcaster, Warrior.../Dark, Light,... Horrible Spelling too. Nice cards alone though.

you got good cards some may be rare but you deck will never work because your monster cards are all over the place you are putting 1 summon skull and red eyes and expect to have both in your hand to get to fuse? the chance of that are slim if you going to use elemental heroes than put all elemental heroes in your deck if you are going to put red eyes then put dragon types and cards that support him if you want to use black skull ten you are going to need multiples of both cards (red eyes and summon skull) i will give your deck 2/10
