Are all 3 housed together? If so then one could have bitten it and now it's abcessed. Try and check the area under the fur for any scabs from a bite. If theres a scab you're going to need and pull it off, harder done then said too. A warm wash placed on the area can also draw the infection out. No scab, take to vet tomorrow. If you can't get it our by morning, take the mouse to the vet for evulation, it could end up being a cyst or tumor. I just put my favorite hamster down due to an abcess in his jaw. He stopped eating and drinking and I had to syringe feed him, but it didn't help. His lower teeth grew too long, became real loose, and he lost half his weight in one week, so I choose to put him down.

It sounds like it might be a tumor. Small mammals are very susceptible to cancers & other growths since their metabolisms are very fast. Unless you want to spend $ at the vet on a mouse, take it there. But, since it's just a mouse, just give it a good life until it passes naturally.

I have no clue because it can be a lot of reasons like it was just born like that or it has an illness. You should go to a vet to get the answer
