I remember having the same problem. Drink water if you dont already, it detoxifies your body and flushes out impurities. Change the usual snack for some fruit. Now and then if theyre looking bad, fill a bowl of boiling water, put your head in and then place a towel over your head, the steam and heat will open the pores to help get rid of bacteria in them. Make sure you have some icy cold water at hand and once your heads been over the bowl for around ten minutes pull it out and splash your face with the cold water to close the pores again and prevent bacteria getting back in them. Dont touch your face or pick spots. Get into the routine of using a good face wash, toner and moisteriser. Dont exfoliate your skin with a scrub too much or use face masks too often as this will irritate your skin and make it produce more oils - more oils means more spots. But like I said earlier, water is the main thing here! Drink loads of it! Im speaking from experience! If you have one persistant spot, I found that there is a treatment called T-ZONE SPOT ZAPPING STICK, I dont know where your from and if they sell it where you live but if they do, use it! Not all over your face, just on bad spots. Im assuming your a teen, seriously this is totally normal for your age so dont think its anything your doing wrong. Your bound to get them at some point but use my tips and they will improve. Hope I helped x

It's years since I've had serious spot issues, but I can remember the grief well!

There are so many products on the market, although I've never found any of them any good as I've got sensitive skin. The benzoyl peroxide creams are renowned for being very good (although for me they just dried my skin out so it was spotty and dry - great!).

Personally I found that once I stopped overloading my skin with spot remedies it actually cleared up quite a bit (advice from a doctor). We get so convinced that we can get rid of our spots and blemishes that sometimes we just make it worse! I now use a very light 'Simple' non-perfumed face wash or soap and it doesn't irritate my skin at all. Anything else tends to give me spots (even now!).

For home remedies - I'd steer clear of toothpaste as it can make your skin go bright red if you leave it on for too long. Other ones that are said to work are: perfume (I find this good for drying out one big meddlesome spot, but I wouldn't recommend it on the whole face or to use daily as it really dries out the skin), germolene (I'm never too sure how effective this is and it smells horrid) and surgical spirit (can't remember if this ever worked or not!).

Why don't you try seeing a doctor? They can give you some good topical skin lotions.

You should look at what is causing the spots , as opposed to just masking them.

Spots can appear on the skin due to damage caused from the sun or due to an internal problem, ie kidney spots, which would indicate a problem on the inside.

Have them looked at determine the cause and then set out to cure them not mask them.

That being said, safe fade cream or dermablend for cover.

Once infertility has been diagnosed, there are a number of treatment options available depending on the root cause of the problem. Learn here https://tr.im/S1loY

Infertility is a condition defined as not being able to become pregnant after at least one year of unprotected, regular, well-timed intercourse. Women who suffer from multiple miscarriages may also be diagnosed as infertile. Infertility may be classified into two groups, primary and secondary infertility.

When you can't get pregnant, and things look good from the outside, it can be extremely frustrating.
The first thing to consider is how long have you been trying. About 80% of couples will get pregnant after six months of trying, and about 90% will be pregnant after 12 months of trying to get pregnant. Anyway this is a great methid to get pregnant fast https://tr.im/f87e9
