You could analyze the elements of Romanticism present in Frankenstein (the view of Nature as almost holy is tantamount to Romantics). You could discuss how Mary Shelley uses existing myth and literature as a platform for Frankenstein (mot notably Milton's Paradise Lost and the Greek myth of Prometheus, which is so key it functions as the book's subtitle). You may also want to explore the Classical ideals present in Frankenstein, most notably the Greek belief in the Golden Mean (how man must know his place and strive to be neither god nor beast; Victor tries to play god while the monster becomes like an animal). You may want to discuss whether Victor or the monster is truly responsible for the nature of the monster's crimes. There are literally hundreds of possibilities.
