Soccerrocker all you need is and ethernet adapter for the ps2 and the ethernet cable that you probably currently use to connet the modem to your computer.

Addition: PS2 modem will run you roughly American $40...cat5 cable will depend on how long you need...no more than American $15, probably. If you don't have a hub, that'll run you another American $30-50, and another cat5 cable.
