It's a stuffed toy monkey made out of socks. They are brown socks with white on them, and one red part on the heel that acts as the monkeys mouth. They were a big craze for a while. If you want to read more about them, you can go to wikipedia. They have a picture of one too. (Or just type 'sock monkey' into the Yahoo search bar.) They are kind of creepy, I think - but some people love them. I've even seen mini ones on a key chain.
