Im a youth and I agree. A lot of kids my age want to act older and think its so great, one time a girl younger than me called me immature because I said that you shouldnt be in a rush to grow up, and that you should appreciate your youth. Kids like that disgust me, always throwing their youth away!

Youth is not wasted on the young in the young ones' opinions.
The young ones know it all, and live life to the full. Good for them: it's only when they get much older that they realise their youth was mis-spent, and by then it's too late to do anything about it, other than to criticise the youthful antics of the next generation.

Not really. We wasted our own youth when we were young by making unwise choices. It does not take age to make wisdom. Wisdom is in most of us, we just choose not to use it when we're young. I knew when I was young that some of the choices that I made were ones that I would pay for, but I weighed the price and excepted the cost. So it is more like regret comes with age. When I was young no regrets and there are somethings I still don't regret, even though they were not the best choices for me. Then there are somethings, wow I knew was going to be one that kicked my butt!

Some do, some don't. I appreciate my youth, because I know one day I will lose it. KitKat is right. People are spoiling their youths because they want to grow up. I just want to be me. I don't care if I'm twelve.
And please take that grin off your face. I love being twelve.

I somewhat agree. you are only as old as you feel. If you take care of yourself you can live a long life and do what ever you want
