I know that there is such a thing as implantation bleeding, but if you don't think you're pregnant, what can brown spotting occur from? The last time I did anything sexually active was on Valentine's Day and I haven't done anything since then. I do believe I had (what seemed to be) my period also three days after.

you can have what is known as a "brown period". It is just a natural change in coloring in your period. Lighter periods seem to produce this more. If you do not believe you are pregnant then this is most likely the case. However if it is bothering you,or their is unusual odor along with it, you can call or go to your gyno and tell them what is happening.
