If you can't afford to buy a ferret and its supplies, then you can't afford to care for one. If you don't have the patience to save up for a ferret... then you don't have the patience to care for one.
Wait until you have the money. That way you won't be back here later saying "my ferret's sick and I can't afford to take it to the vet- what should I do?"
It won't kill you to wait... it may kill a pet if you don't.

no where, except a scammer.
if somebody were to sell you a free ferret, then there is something wrong with the ferret, most likely.
i suggest you not get a ferret if you don't even want to pay for it, and it's supplies, and that means you probably won't take it to the vet when needed either.
you probably don't want a ferret as much as you think, if you're not willing to pay for it.

Umm...an animal shelter wouldn't even give you one for free. Ferrets are exotic animals and take a lot of up-keep...they are for serious owners only and is why they cost so much.
