definately make a revision timetable. be lenient with yourself, give yourself 'treats' i.e. an afternoon off once in a while to keep you focused. dont revise for more than 30 mins at a time (with a 5 minute resting break), and take a half hour break every three hours.
drink lots of water and dont eat sugary or fatty things- they can cause you to crash out after a while
also revise as soon as you get up. the brain functions better in the morning. dont do mroe than 6-8 hours a day, it just wont work and youll find yourself rememberingsuch a little amount that it wont be worth it
good luck!

So am I.. but I had a science retake module on wednesday and I started revising from sunday up until tuesday evening and when it came to doing it I found I could easily answer the question (damn the teacher for finishing the exam 30 seconds early!! i was on the last question!!!)
So yeh I found revision really does help so if you're trying for b-a*, revise from as early as you can.. it works differently for different people but for me, I can't listen to others it drives me insane, so I just go in a quiet room at home and read through my classwork books, and perhaps revision guides, and then I go on e.g. BBC bitesize and do the tests, and just find out other information that might come up.

Make yourself a timetable, look at the Letts Revision Aids (i found them really helpful).
Most of all...get stuck in!
I am always a fan of spider diagrams for condensing and memorising things
