When someone tailgates you, while driving a night ... and shines their brights in your eyes. Arggggggg!! :(
Ohhh, and when I'm on the phone or doing something that requires concentration ... and my kids are tapping me on the shoulder repeatedly, while saying .. "mom, mom, mom, mom ... " double Arggggggg!!
Edit: I have to add ... people that go through a question, and give EVERYONE a "thumbs down". The buggers ... if I could climb through my monitor and and kick their azz, I would!! :(

people who walk around bare foot and have nasty feet
my mother who thinks she has to run my life instead of hers
lazy people who don't want to do any thing but want every thing handed to them as if they earned it.
sick freaks that hurt their children at home but then go to work every day and say they have the perfect family life and act like they have done nothing wrong.
people who cheat on their partner and then say "i didn't mean to"

People that use short cuts on words. IE:
bcos = because
wat = what
wot = what
whot = what
ur = you are
You get the idea. It just really bothers me a lot!
Also, people that can't spell!

It's when you're driving and you let someone in....for example, they are coming out of a store parking lot and you let them in front of you, etc....AND THEY DO NOT WAVE OR SAY THANK YOU!! Rude bastards....lol

People who ride my bumper with their brights on! This particularly irks me because I drive at least 5-10 miles over the speed limit...so why they hangin' on my bumper??? It is kinda creepy when alone on our country roads!
