Im in ur spot 2 im 13 and only 4'11. I make my shots and ill tell u how i do it. I work out 2 times a week because at our size were not strong enough yet so we have to shoot from our chest. So working out a couple days a week will make u stronger and u can shoot from ur head this makes u have more control on where the ball is goin. Also eatin healthy is very important also. Before evrey game i try to eat a peice of fruit just to make sure you have the energy to play. But to me the biggest thing is that dont get down on urself. this means if u miss a couple shots dont run back down the court with ur head down and just keep on takin shots becaus ethe more shots u take the more shots will go in. I hope this helps because this is what i do and it helps alot.

Well start of by practising how you are meant to really shoot from a short distance and take your time, patience is the key. After a while and you got better move back a metre and do the same from there and so on.
You could always also build up your stamina by running laps in the gym because this really helps.

Yes besides practicing shooting the ball you need to work on your form, getting the shot off quicker, jump, speed, and moving with out the ball. These will help you get more shots off without getting stuffed. Get open without the ball and be quicker than your oponent and you will do just fine. Height matters but if you can be quicker and smarter you will be good.

When you jump to realise the ball get your head above the ball when in the air then shoot at the hoop (or backboard if your on a angle of something like 45 degrees)

Lots of practice. I used to shoot hoops and play b-ball until after dark. Another good trick my mom taught me was to shoot freethrows on your knees. Builds upper arm strength and aim. Practice reverse lay-ups and turn around jumpers. Seriously, when you practice by yourself, you get a workout and nobody laughs.

First go to english and spell does. Then all you need to do is shoot around 100 baskets a day and you should improve.
