Who says we are ignoring bin laden? Do you think tromping a few hundred thousand soldiers all over the world will find him any faster?

An outgoing army General said last month that "deployment of the military was like a keg of beer, with the spicket at the top"...we need to work on deployment efficiency, for sure.

You're using logic again....
The govt is operating on the blatant (and likely incorrect) assumption that the only terrorists in the world are in Iraq and Afghanistan. That's the whole "we're fighting them there so we don't have to fight them here" argument.
The problem with this assumption is that if there are any terrorists, or any other military threats, anywhere else in the world, we are stretched so thin that we couldn't respond.
Our only hope is that the terrorists don't realize this. {GASP} Oh my gods, I just emboldened the terrorists by revealing flaws in our govt's plan. We're all doomed....!

Probably not too smart. But how smart would it be to pull out now and fight the terrorist here instead of over there?
Last I heard, we were making some excellent progress in Afghanistan, operation achilles.

Thank You!
Bin Laden's been ignored because his daddy is friends with Bush's daddy. Long term business friends. You don't kill a friends kid. Not to mention, Bin Laden worked for us during the cold war. He spied on the Russians for us. That's why he's not dead. He was a scapegoat for this trajedy on 9/11. How do you people think we had a target so shortly after, It was announced the same day. Either we knew this was going to happen or we used him as a scape goat. I say the ladder.
