Theres this guy at school and were in two of the same classes..
Sometimes in class when were doing group work my friend says when im tlaking to my friend the guy is always looking at me and smiling....sometimes i catch a glimpse of him staring too.... i have been told i am very prettty and should become a model one day...does that mean he likes me or just wants to do stuff with me....

He obviously likes you. He may also want to do stuff with you. I assume you know that males are hormonally driven to pursue females for sex. It is a basic fact of life that girls should never forget in the niceties of socializing.

No, he is just admiring your eyeliner and has no real attraction to you. He is smiling because he is wondering what it would feel like to wear your panties. Doing 'stuff' with you probably crossed his mind, but since you have no idea why it is guys look at you, he changed his mind and his persuasion.
You most likely have the air of someone that could care less about others and he is most likely secretly fantasizing about doing you in the parking lot.
