A large majority of people make a distinction between American and others who want to be. Do young people in the age of technology share the same values and opinions of their forefathers? How can America be different for the now generation?

they are influenced by the images of whites on the television too both positive and negative.

Young people are influenced by everything; Parents, television, school, eachother. America got the way it is not by blacks on T.V. alone. And I don't see how your description of the question actually describes the question 0_o

Young people (both black and white) have bad role models. They try to be like black gang members whose lifestyle has been glamorised by rappers.
We need to stop the hate, reach out to educate and assimilate the minorities and come down hard on mindless violence and racism in all its forms (including blacks hating whites)

Yes,but in what way is relative.Overall,I'd say negatively as they are falsely portrayed as superior to all other ethnic groups.The pc garbage in movies and t.v. has sickened me to the point that I watch very ,very little of either form of mass media.
