I don't know that exact one, but any jumpstart package is poor quality, esp. since you already can play some. Ibanez guitars are very good, both the cheaper, Korean ones and the really top quality Japanese ones (the Prestige models). I'd suggest you save some cash & shop online (musiciansfriend.com or so) and get a nice RG Prestige for about $700 and a nice Line 6 amp for some $250 - you'll have killer gear and spend like 1/4 of what a naive snob would spend on a one-trick pony like a Gibson & a Marshall.

Joe D may have missed that Vai, Satriani, Metheny... play Ibanez. Or maybe he doesn't klnow those guys, they are not quite as famous as his dear Britney Spears.

its not good if you have been playing for a yr. this package is a beginner deal where the use scraps from other instruments made in the factory to pawn it off to people who think its a good deal. if your serious about guitar try different ones to see which suits you but stay far away from starter packages there nothing but garbage

for the guy under me, ibanez "can" be a good guitar but they also make some of the most cheap instruments known to man. for even a decent ibanez your looking to pay upwards of 700$ anything else made buy this company are made in japanese sweat shops buy cheap machines

Ibanez is a pretty good guitar, for begginers, but if you go to guitar center or a local music store they some times get great trade in's and you get a really nice quality guitar at a great price, so I'd check that out first, try http://www.guitarcenter.com/
