How do you write a speech on how to write a speech on humor?

I need an example to work off of like how to write it. I definately need an opening, body, and conclustion...so any help would be great and it's on how to write a speech on humor like a how to wirte a "how to" speech....thank you lots.

how do write a speach on wrting a speach on humor? dang it boy? thats the funniest dang question I have seen today....wait thats only the second question the other one was did anybody have a copy of Hungary for dummies!maybe you could talk about the top 10 dummies questions. I went to the library yester day and they had all these for dummies books you know the bible for dummies, clingons for dummies, calculus for dummies. mickey dees for dummys, dating for dummies, humorous speach writing for dummies...this one by the way was banned in china. chinese seshwan puppy delicacys fer dummies. ok , well you know you are funny when you bend over to pick up the news paper and you rip one louder than the space shuttle towards towards the funeral across the street or you know you is funny when you take a bath and then have to take a bath after youve taken a bath so you can take a japanese soaking in a hot tub
what would happen if you spilled sake accidently in the hot tub? ok that aint funny this is what would happen if I strained the sake through my kidneys first? ok you know?
