Sorry, you can't. There are so many things that they can monitor, like network traffic, that you have no way of checking. If they use SMS they can even watch everything on your monitor without you knowing about it.

"The surveillance of employees has become increasingly commonplace, research shows. Already, 76% of companies monitor employees' website connections, and 65% block access to specific sites, up from 40% in 2001. About 35% track the content, keystrokes and time spent at the keyboard, according to the 2005 study by the American Management Association and The ePolicy Institute, a Columbus, Ohio-based training and consulting firm. More than half of employers retain and review e-mail messages."

With the exception of programs installed on the actual computer, that will be difficult to see. But it is fairly common practice for employers to monitor the internet traffic. This means emails, what web page url's you are visiting. You don't want to be sending personal emails from work, nor do you want to be surfing porn sites at work, both will be frowned upon by the employer.

Just assume that they are. They generally monitor at the network level, so antispyware won't help.
